Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms govern Carpathian ski holiday packages booked via cartifydshop.com, an intermediary between you and the tour operator or travel agent.
Agency status
cartifydshop.com, LLC, EDRPOU 09971266, Business Center 'Karpaty', 45 Shevchenka Street, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine, publishes registration data under Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations' dated 15.05.2003 and discloses tour operator status under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995. The supplier is responsible for the services; suppliers are independent contractors and their terms apply.
Inclusions, exclusions, pricing
Included: accommodation, listed lift passes and transfers. Excluded: meals unless stated, ski equipment, insurance and personal expenses. Legal name, registration number, location and contacts are published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7. Prices are in the currency shown at booking; a deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due before the stated deadline. Prices may change before confirmation. Cancellations go to contact@cartifydshop.com; charges follow supplier terms. This refund policy is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.

Send complaints to contact@cartifydshop.com. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
