How cartifydshop.com handles personal data from contact and booking forms, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010.
1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone, travel dates and destination, traveller numbers and your message, plus IP address, device, browser and cookie data.
2. Why we process it
To answer enquiries, perform travel service contracts and comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Article 7.
3. Cookies
We store or access information on your terminal equipment only with your prior consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020, Article 126. Consent can be withdrawn in your browser.
4. Travel partners
To arrange a booking we may share necessary data with tour operators, hotels, carriers and insurers, whose status is disclosed under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995.
5. Storage and security
Data is kept only as long as needed, then deleted or anonymised. We use access controls, encryption and staff confidentiality duties.
