Share your travel dates, the resort you have in mind, group size and accommodation preference. If you are still deciding, say so and we will suggest two or three Carpathian options that fit your dates.

What helps us quote faster

  • Arrival and departure dates, plus any flexibility
  • Group size and the ages of any children
  • Resort preference: Bukovel, Dragobrat, Slavske, Yaremche or Pylypets
  • Accommodation tier and room layout
  • Activities you want, from skiing and ski school to snowshoeing, spa or sightseeing
  • Pickup point, for example Lviv or Ivano-Frankivsk

What happens next

  1. We read your request and check availability.
  2. You receive a written quote listing what is included and what is not.
  3. We answer questions and adjust the recreational program.

Reply time: usually within one business day, Monday to Saturday.

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Dates are held only after you confirm the quote in writing and the agreed payment is received. Snow and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed; the program is planned around them.

You send the request and we take it from there. Here is the order of events after your message reaches our Lviv office.

    We read it and reply

    A specialist checks your dates, chosen resort and group size, then answers within one working day by email or phone. If something in the request is unclear, we ask before quoting anything.

  2. 02

    You get a written price confirmation

    The offer shows a from price in UAH and states what is included: accommodation, local transportation, the flexible recreational program and local support. It also lists what is not included, so nothing is assumed. The final figure depends on season, resort, group size, accommodation tier and availability at the moment of booking.

  3. 03

    We confirm dates and payment terms

    Once you approve the offer, we hold your dates with a deposit and send the balance date and payment method in the same thread. Full conditions sit on our booking terms page.
